Every time I go to Roy motors Kipp to change diesel filter or oil filter Kipp puts me in right away or the next vehicle after their oil change Kip puts me in for oil filter right away I had to change my heating coil in my truck and he gave me a date to be their and I stuck to the date and they finished the job the very next day and my truck ran better than ever I was so pleased it felt like I was driving a much better truck with a lot more power the turbo would kick in when I had to give a lot of foot power to pass a vehicle it would be like a rocket taking off I never had to wait at Roy Motors more than 15 minutes to get waited on every one don’t matter what it is they try to help me right away and Kevin he is marvelous. He got on my truck as soon as he could and I had brought it in there. I’ve been in a wreck and he fixed it. He’s fiction on it right now and he’s doing a good job and his people.
