Bought new battery

They serviced my truck on the same afternoon that I called them about my issue (dead battery) and the man I spoke to on the phone (service dept. manager I guess) gave me a number I could call for help from AAA. Another good point is that the service was covered by my warranty ... although I was the one who had to remind the clerk that the truck only had 20,000 miles. If I had not questioned the bill that she handed to me, I would have paid over $400. The person who did the work failed to protect the passenger-side front fender from getting dirty. I don't don't know what the dark-colored stuff was but I cleaned it off when I got home. The truck has performed as expected since the battery was replaced.

Quality service! When I brought my car to have the tire pressure indicator changed, someone directed me to the waiting room and told me that the work would take about twenty minutes. The work was completed within that time frame and, after paying the bill, I was all set to go. All the personnel with whom I interacted were friendly and professional.

The tire rotation, and 15,000 mile service is not on the paperwork. Also asked to fix speed radar cluster on dash which is blank. Still not working..
